Rest in a Restless World

Stress and overwork bring many people to the grave before their time. But at creation, God designed a cure for the problem of stress: a day of rest. This holy day was designed as a blessing so that humans could rest from their work and spend time with God. Unfortunately, even though God commanded people to remember it, most have forgotten about this special day, and many have even forgotten the Creator who gave it to them.
